Tecshape Factory

The project focused on an existing industrial building, which was extensively renovated to house the production, storage, and office areas of Tecshape, a company specializing in metalworking.

The original structure was preserved and reinforced in specific areas, ensuring its stability and extending its service life. A new TPO roofing system was installed, ensuring greater efficiency and durability, and the facades were clad with profiled sheet metal, giving the industrial building a contemporary look.

Inside, an office area was created, establishing a clear separation between the administrative and operational zones. In the warehouse area, the existing floor was restored wherever possible, and in the remaining areas, a new troweled concrete floor was installed.

The result is a functional, renovated building that combines industrial sturdiness with improved working conditions and operational efficiency.
