Resolution of Consumer Disputes

Pursuant to Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, please be advised that, in the event of a dispute regarding the supply of goods, the consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or professional activity) may turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for consumer disputes. The competent body for this purpose is as follows: Lisbon Center for Arbitration of Consumer Disputes – www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt.
