Obras360 – Store, warehouse, and office

The project involved the complete renovation of an existing industrial building, which was transformed into a functional complex that includes a warehouse, offices, and a retail store for the online building materials platform Obras360.

The existing structure was preserved and reinforced, ensuring its stability and proper maintenance. A new TPO roofing system was installed, providing improved thermal performance and durability, and profiled sheet metal facades were added, giving the industrial building a fresh new look.

Inside, an administrative area was created, consisting of an open-plan space, meeting rooms, offices, and a retail area, fostering a seamless integration between commercial and operational functions.

In the warehouse area, a new troweled concrete floor was installed over an area of approximately 2,000 m², enhancing its functionality and resistance to heavy use.

The result is a renovated and repurposed industrial space that combines logistical efficiency, functionality, and a new architectural identity.
