Arnaud Pavilion

This project involved the expansion of a logistics warehouse and the construction of an office building, featuring a steel structure with facades clad in profiled, micro-perforated sheet metal.

This building makes full use of its materials, not only in the interplay of volumes but also in its textures and color scheme. It stands out vividly in the landscape.

The main entrance is at ground level and provides direct access to the administrative area. On the rear facade, the natural slope of the terrain allowed for the creation of a separate entrance to the warehouse and goods receiving area, ensuring an efficient separation between operational and institutional traffic flows.

The program is divided into the following levels:

• Level -1: Warehouse, goods receiving area, and restrooms.
• Middle floor: Archives and computer area.
• Level 0: Reception area, open-plan administrative and financial department, restrooms, meeting room, and lobby.
• 1st Floor: Executive office, administrative office, conference room, open-plan office for the highway division, break room, offices for the maritime and IT divisions, terrace, and restrooms.

It covers approximately 1,240 square meters spread over three floors.
