All apartments include parking and, in some cases, outdoor spaces, enhancing their connection to natural light and their south-facing orientation.<\/p>\n<p>The renovation preserves the existing ceramic-clad facade, highlighting its original materiality and texture, while the new addition features a zinc-clad mansard roof. This contrast establishes a dialogue between the artisanal and fragmented character of the ceramic tiles and the contemporary, continuous, and homogeneous appearance of the zinc.<\/p>\n<p>The project thus explores the tension between preservation and transformation, reinforcing the building\u2019s identity through the layering of time periods, materials, and construction systems.
